What is Fitness Accountability Coaching?

OnTRACK is a bespoke program developed by Nikki Gundy and is based on a personal relationship between you and I. I will check in with your workouts and hold you accountable for your choices EVERY SINGLE DAY! We can all find a good workout program or join a gym or buy a new healthy eating cookbook, but those things will not work unless you implement them consistently every day. This is the first service in the UK dedicated to helping you manage your day to day choices and making sure you stay OnTRACK to recah your health and fitness goals.

Why do I need a Fitness Accountability Coach?

Because trying to change your life for the better is HARD and you shouldn't have to do it on your own.  Having someone on hand to help keep you accountable is an amazing tool for really committing and creating consistency with a new routine. You won't believe the difference it makes when you know someone else is checking in with your choices everyday and that you have a dedicated support system at the touch of a button.

To make something a priority you also need to be able to talk about it.  Unfortunately not everyone will understand your new priorities, not everyone will care about them as much as you need them to. I will.

Why Should I be Your Coach?

I've been a client myself and I know how well accountability coaching works!

When the very first cycle of Nikki Gundy OnTrack opened, part of what I wrote in my application was that I felt like I was constantly stop-starting. I would start achieving success and then I would self-sabotage and go off-plan. It would just never stick.

I had no idea how accountability coaching was going to work or what it really was, so I didn’t know what to expect; I just knew that I needed a ‘Hail Mary’, so I decided to take a chance on it because what did I have to lose? That turned out to be the best decision I ever made for myself! The method of accountability coaching worked really well for me – having to think about a plan and stick to it, and document through the check-ins that I was – was surprisingly effective. When I didn’t stick to my original plan for whatever reason, instead of judgment I found understanding but also the challenge to come up with something else. It taught me to not use that over sleeping/ accidental biscuit tray  massacre/ spontaneous after-work drink as an excuse to throw caution to the wind and go on a binge like it had in the past. Because of this I started seeing the physical results I had longed for really quickly.

Frequently Asked Questions

Where and in what languages do you offer the program?

I take clients from across Europe (including the UK and other non-EU countries), and I offer the program in either English or Danish.

How much does it cost?

The program runs in 4-week cycles. Your first cycle costs £250 and any additional cycles are £150.

How long should I expect to stay on the program?

Clients should expect to spend 1-2 cycles with the program. I will help you get into a great routine quickly so that you build enough confidence to continue on your own.


What can I expect from my coach if I sign up?

As your coach it will be my job to help you stick to a routine consistently to see results and for it to become a habit. I will help to keep you in a  positive mindset for you to succeed in each day. This will be tailored entirely to you. You will be in regular contact with me throughout the day for support and should there be any wobbles (which is inevitable), I will get you back 'OnTrack' as quickly as possible.


What kind of contact will I have with you?

The program is conveniently delivered through WhatsApp text messages, voice notes and video messages, 6 days a week (Mon-Sat) between the hours of 5.30am - 9.00pm.

What kind of food will I be expected to eat?

There is no specific dietary requirement or food plan with this program, however if your goal is fat loss, you must agree to eat in a calorie deficit.

What type of exercise will I need to do?

I believe that the most important thing when it comes to physical activity is consistently showing up for it, not what you do. Because of that, the only requirement is that you do some kind of activity for at least 30 minutes per day, 6 days a week. This is YOUR program, your journey. All I ask is that you put in consistent effort.

What if I have an injury?

Due to the requirement for physical activity 6 days a week, if you currently suffer from any injury or previously have done, please ensure your seek clearance from your doctor before submitting your application.

Terms of Service / Non Disclosure Agreement

This agreement is entered into by and between Rikke Hansen, her associates and those parties associated with Nikki Gundy ON TRACK LTD (collectively hereinafter “Coach”) and _________________ (“Participant”).

WHEREAS, Coach has invested the time, effort and skill into obtaining and inventing certain methods which are incorporated into the services provided to Participant.
WHEREAS, these methods are proprietary and confidential information to Coach and are to remain proprietary and confidential as well as the property of Coach.
WHEREAS, Participant will be made privy to such information, systems, methods and information in participating with Coach which Coach intends to keep confidential and proprietary.
FOR VALID CONSIDERATION, the receipt and sufficiency of which is acknowledged herein, the parties agree as follows:
1. By obtaining the services of Coach as your accountability coach(es), you agree that you will be provided with information which is to be kept confidential. As such, you agree not to share, in any manner, the details of your relationship with Coach and/or the plan that is created for your specific situation. The method, system and requirements of Coach comprise “confidential information” belonging to Coach. Such information is the proprietary information of Coach and the means upon which Coach is able to complete her obligations. Participant agrees to keep such information confidential. Sharing such information with any other party, in any manner, is detrimental to Coach and her business. Dissemination of Confidential information to any other party who discloses the same is the responsibility of the Participant.
2. Coach does not claim to be a medical, psychological, nutritional or other expert. Coach does not have any particular certificates, licenses or permits relating thereto. Coach is not a personal trainer. 
3. The Participant understands and agrees that the engagement of Coach is for the sole purpose of accountability as it relates to the Participant’s workouts and diet. 
4. Participant can acknowledge that they are supported by Coach, but not the method, system, or combination of events which Coach provides to assist in the success of the Participant.
